Passion and research are the basis of our wine cellar, personally selected by Ezio who apart from running the hotel is also an AIS’s qualified Sommelier.  He has a huge passion for wine and his cellar gives you the ability to take a journey from the most well-known wine cellars to the small private gems.  From the biggest producers to the smallest speciality wines, we have something here for everyone.

We currently offer more than 450 wines, with a wide variety of natural, organic and biodynamic wines.

Whilst here you shouldn’t miss the bubbles! From Italian Franciacorta to French Champagne to the Italian beers, we really have it all.

 Ezio’s wine cellar is maintained at a constant temperature and can be opened on request for tastings. We offer the opportunity to purchase wines from our cellar at prices similar to those at wine merchants.

 Throughout the season, we organize special evenings with different wine producers offering you the opportunity to learn and taste wines with the makers themselves.
